FKG Industroplex Stage 7 Paget Qld 4740

Industroplex Mackay is strategically located in Paget, South Mackay.  Industroplex is a master planned industrial precinct offering purchasers and tenants opportunities in one of Mackay’s largest industrial developments.

Stage 7, consisted of a 2 lot, High impact industrial subdivision in which Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the underground services for this project.  Works included construction of sewer gravity main using 150mm pipe, 2m – 4m deep along with the installation of precast insitu access chambers, maintenance holes and the connection of 150mm dia pipes covered for future connections.

 

Plantation Palms Estate – Stages 4B1, 4B2

Plantation Palms is Mackay’s revolutionary master-planned community, designed to offer greater space, value and variety. With parks, playgrounds and walking trails, Plantation Palms offers a unbeatable Northern Beaches lifestyle and is conveniently located close to shops, schools and other amenities.

Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the underground services for this project. Works consisted of excavation and installation of water and sewer mains connected to each lot.

Sugarfield Estate, Stage 6

Sugarfields Estate is a multi – stage residential estate located South of Mackay in the growing suburb of Ooralea.

Synergy Pipelines and pluming completed the major underground services for this project.

Works included excavation and installation of new water and sewer mains including installation of storm water pipelines.

Sugarview Estate, Mackay – Stage 5A

Sugarview Estate is nestled in the picturesque and peaceful suburb of Richmond.  It is one of Mackay’s most prestigious land development projects comprising of around 260 lots in total.

Stage 5A consisted of 27 lots involving bulk earthworks cut to fill 30,000m3 and construction of 530m of new roads.

Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the 780m of Storm water, 755m of Sewer and 690m of water mains.

The Waters Estate – Stages 3b, 3c, 3d, 5e

The Waters at Ooralea is a fully integrated Master Planned Residential Community development that will comprise approximately 2,500 home sites of low to medium density, with extensive open space and recreational areas including direct access to Bakers Creek.

The Waters Estate is situated adjacent to the Bruce Highway at the southern fringe of Mackay’s urban development area, all less than nine kilometres from Mackay CBD.

Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the underground services for this project.

Works consisted of excavation and installation of sewer and water mains including all service connections to each lot.

Mackay Regional Sports Precinct

The Mackay Regional Sports Precinct is located at the CQUniversity Mackay’s Ooralea Campus.

The proposed $72 million Mackay Regional Sports Precinct will provide a vibrant space with specialised sport and recreational facilities for schools, sporting clubs, community groups, organisations, businesses and the general public. It will assist in hosting national, state and local sporting competitions and will boost tourism, development and liveability in the region. It will encourage future growth and community development in Ooralea.

Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the underground services for this project. Works included installation of new water main and connection to the existing water service. Synergy also completed the installation of gravity sewer main, rising sewer main using eveloper pipe.

Sarina Norther Access Upgrade

Queensland Government /Main Roads as part of the Bruce Hwy Upgrade Program

The Sarina Northern Access Upgrade involves the construction of a 2-lane roundabout at the intersection of the Bruce Highway and Sarina Coast Road intersection and road resurfacing on the immediate approaches.

The project will also include duplication of the existing Bruce Highway on the approaches and departures to the upgraded intersection to provide two lanes in each direction, separated by a median.

The project aims to improve the safety and capacity of the intersection, and provide long term benefits for future growth.  Queensland Government Funding $14.36m

Synergy Pipelines and Plumbing completed the underground services.

Works included installing and relocating water mains using Class 3, 375mm diameter enveloper pipe. Night works were implemented and required traffic control, vacuum excavation, Water main pressure testing, and chlorination, shut down of the existing water main infrastructure so new connections could be made.
